1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Auriqon Bangladesh ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our API services, web dashboard, and related software solutions.

By accessing or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the services and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Accounts & API Keys

To access most features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and API Keys.
• Promptly update your account details if any changes occur.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and API Key.

We reserve the right to revoke your API keys and terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activities.

3. API Usage & Rate Limiting

Our API is provided to allow you to integrate our services into your own applications. You agree to use the API strictly in accordance with our official API Documentation.

• Rate Limits: Your use of the API may be subject to rate limiting as defined in your pricing plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of API access.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use our API to distribute spam, malware, or conduct DDoS attacks. Reverse engineering our software is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments & Refunds

If you subscribe to a paid plan or use pay-as-you-go API services, you agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases.

• Wallet Balance: For prepaid API services, you must maintain a sufficient wallet balance. Services will automatically pause if the balance reaches zero.
• Refund Policy: Setup fees are non-refundable. Wallet top-ups can only be refunded to the original payment method within 7 days of the transaction, provided the funds have not been consumed via API calls.

5. System Uptime & Maintenance

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for our API endpoints. However, we do not guarantee that the services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems requiring maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. We will notify clients of any scheduled maintenance in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or API services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Terms at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. Your continued use of the services after such changes will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.
